The report cites a source at a “major tech retailer” and talks about three models of Samsung Galaxy S10. According to the report, Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite will come with a 5.8-inch display and 128GB onboard storage will bear a price tag of GBP 669 in the UK. On converting this to Indian currency, it becomes approximately Rs 60,500. It is worth noticing that the reported cost is lower than Samsung Galaxy S9, which was launched in the UK at a starting price of GBP 739 (approximately Rs 66,800). Speaking of the regular Samsung Galaxy S10 model, it is expected to sport a 6.1-inch screen and according to the report, the 128GB variant of the mobile phone will bear a price tag of GBP 799 (approximately Rs 72,200), and the 512GB storage model will cost GBP 999 (approximately Rs 90,300). Coming to 128GB model of Samsung Galaxy S10+, it is being said that it will go on sale in the UK at GBP 899 (approximately Rs 81,200), and the 512GB model of the same smartphone will be available for purchase at GBP 1,099 (approximately Rs 99,300). But that’s not all. The report in Gizmodo UK also speaks about the 1TB variant of Samsung Galaxy S10+, which will reportedly be available in the UK GBP 1,399 (approximately Rs 1,26,400). There is a possibility that this is the special 10th-anniversary edition Galaxy S10 model that is reported to sport a 6.7-inch display and feature six cameras. The special edition Samsung Galaxy S10 may also come with 5G connectivity. According to Gizmodo UK, Samsung will be launching its upcoming flagship lineup at a dedicated event that will be held right before the Mobile World Congress 2019 begins. To be more precise, the Samsung Unpacked event is reportedly scheduled for February 20. Other features of the upcoming lineup will include an Infinity-O Display, an on-screen fingerprint scanner and the ability to wirelessly charge other devices. The last feature we mentioned is reportedly named as Powershare.
