Share any location on WhatsApp
Step 1: Open the WhatsApp conversation with the receiver. Step 2: Tap on the attachment icon right next to the message box and select ‘Location’.
Step 3: Tap on the fullscreen option at the top left corner of the map. This will enlarge the map and let you select any location other than your current one.
Step 4: Drag the pin on the map to the location your want to share. Use the pinch gesture to zoom in and out of the map. You can also search for a local location by tapping the search icon at the top right corner of the screen. If you want to share an outstation location, you will have to manually drop the pin on the map. Step 5: Select ‘Send this location’.
Your selected location will be shared with the receiver.
