Let’s talk about the alleged live image first that have been leaked of the Xiaomi Redmi K30. The image is leaked by a tipster named @Xiaomishka. Sharing the images it tweeted “Ok, guys #RedmiK30 vs #HonorV30 The frame is basically the same, that is, the hole positions are on the upper right and the upper left, which is almost a mirror image. Which one do you think looks better?” The leaked images give us a fair idea of how the smartphone will look like. The front is being showcased which has a pill-shaped dual hole-punch display. In addition to this, it will have slim bezels along with slightly curved edges. Apart from that, a tipster named Meng Chen Guangyu shared the specifications of the Redmi Edition K30 4G on his Weibo account. As per the leaked specification, the upcoming phone will be featuring a 6.66-inch full-HD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate that will be protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The phone is tipped to run on Android Q based MIUI 11. Under the hood, there will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor offering 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Further, the phone will also be featuring a fingerprint sensor on the side panel. The phone will also have support for multi-function NFC, infrared remote control, advanced 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of camera capabilities, the handset is tipped to sport a quad rear camera set up that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens. The camera set up is further assisted by a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel camera. While on the front there will be a dual selfie camera with 20-megapixel and 2-megapixel depth sensor. The tipster also revealed the pricing of the Redmi K30 4G variant on the website. This smartphone could be priced at CNY 1,999 that translates to Rs 20,000 roughly. This pricing is for the 6GB Ram with a 64GB storage variant of the Xiaomi K30.
