We should mention that Apple had released the developers preview of the new OS previously, but now, with the beta build out, all the users can test the new operating systems. Apple users can sign up for the beta version of the new iOS 13, iPadOS and macOS Catalina by going to the official website of the company. There, they would need to register themselves for the beta program. Once this is done, users will be able to access the public beta version of the new operating system and they would be able to download it on their respective devices. Since this is the beta version of iOS, users can give feedback about the operating system directly to the company via the Feedback Assistant app present on their device. It should be noted that once the user signs up for the beta program, they will continue receiving the upcoming beta builds of the operating system until the stable version of iOS is released. Apple is expected to roll out even the stable version of iOS 13 soon. It is also worth pointing out that since this version of the update is not a stable one, it is bound to come with bugs.
